Bridge the gap between clients and the technical solutions required to address water and wastewater treatment challenges. In this role, you will utilize a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented approach to successfully deliver.

Responsibilities

Specialize in pitching Nviro’s products, services, and solutions related to water treatment, wastewater management, and related technologies. Make the best recommendations by taking the time to understand clients’ specific needs and challenges. 

  • Showcase a deep understanding of Nviro’s water and wastewater treatment products and technologies offered, including water purification systems, wastewater treatment processes, pumps, filters, valves, and other related equipment.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand their water and wastewater needs, including water quality requirements, capacity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop customized solutions that may involve a combination of products, services, and technologies to suit client needs.
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency to explain detailed aspects of solutions to clients, answer questions, and address any concerns.
  • Prepare cost estimates and quotations for clients, ensuring that the proposed solutions align with the client’s budget and requirements.
  • Deliver informative and engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the proposed solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by upholding regular communication, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing support.
  • Stay current with the industry by following trends, new technologies, and competitors to provide clients with the latest and most innovative solutions.
  • Partner closely with internal engineering and technical teams to ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible and meet the client’s needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date on environmental regulations and standards related to water and wastewater treatment to ensure solutions are compliant.
  • Keep records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts to maintain transparency and accountability.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a related major, with a Master’s Degree preferred
  • At least five years of experience in sales engineering, consulting, or a related field in water and wastewater treatment to effectively grow and support Nviro’s clientele
  • Deep technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes to effectively understand, explain, and answer product and service related questions
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively tailor information accordingly 
  • Consistently showcase active listening skills to ensure the client’s needs are fully understood
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills for compiling cost estimates 
  • Excellent documentation skills and reliable follow through with internal teams and clients 
  • A willingness to travel to meet with clients, conduct site visits, and attend trade shows or industry events
